Many of our new Clients come to us by way of recommendation and may be familiar with who we are and what we do but know little of our methodology.
First, we believe that the key to successful recruitment is to understand our Clients’ needs and disciplines. At the outset, a face-to-face meeting is invaluable to discuss those important elements which are make or break in the recruitment process.
Next, our very thorough interview technique is designed to draw out the character and aspirations of our Candidates, thereby establishing an accurate picture of the real person behind the curriculum vitae. Once we have submitted our selection of CVs we like to set aside some time to discuss the merits of each Candidate, their individual characteristics and why we think an interview should be arranged. Increasingly, these days, it is not enough to read a CV and expect an accurate picture of the personality it represents.
When the interviews are concluded and a job offer has been made our involvement continues - it is important for us to stay in close touch with both Client and Candidate as they settle in together. For us the end of the project is just as important as the beginning.
